Sources: Cowboys DE Smith reinstated by NFL

Cowboys DE Aldon Smith, who hasn't played in an NFL game since he was suspended as a member of the Raiders in 2015 because of legal and substance abuse issues, has been reinstated by the NFL, sources told ESPN.
